Anycolor, or Nijisanji, is a vTuber production company with a bit of fame for being an extremely bad workplace. Nijisanji EN, the English branch, has gained a fair bit of infamy for one of their talents, one of their vTuber idols, becoming effectively the Chief Operations Officer of the branch despite just being a female model, and the whole office going matriarchal politics. A fairly famous vTuber got fired because this queen bee didn't like her, and the circumstances of her firing were that she was fired while she was in a hospital, generating some minor negative coverage. The main branch noted that the firing of a hospitalized Selen would be "financially negligible", in a now-famous meme phrase, but the ol' queen bee didn't think that was enough, and went on a full smear campaign of her, after Selen was already fired. They keep harassing her company-wide, working as an independant, to this day, as an organized hate mob.
The main Japanese offices are a bit better, but not much. It's a very poorly organized company, Nijisanji, and them letting matriarchal-style-politics and bullying dictate how their company runs, or rather, how it falters, has led to some having an interest in its ongoing downfall as an organization.
It's only tangentially adjascent to the main thrust of this .win, but many people here do have an interest in vTubing/anime culture alongside video game culture, and so the second/third largest company in the scene's stumbling because they insist on simping is of note to the OP, I assume.

I'm not sure if Elira runs anything, but she was the one who hosted the 'black stream' that happened after the termination of Selen Tatsuki, now Dokibird where they revealed (or the higher ups told them to reveal) some information that was actually confidential and Dokibird's lawyer agreed to not speak on it, in that the hospitalization was for a suicide attempt and that that suicide attempt was her second attempt, and both attempts were a result of bullying from within Nijisanji.
Overall, the company barely supports its talents, the EN branch has talents graduating left and right and will probably be merged with the main branch within a year, and overall fucking sucks.
It is new offshot of the N.H.K, They have as a goal to induce and lull the japs into becoming Hikikomori, which they have done extensively through anime and idol shows, but around 2016 the idol culture and the anime consumed did no longer induced the wanted state of mind, they still are working on getting anime to produce the required results, but the idol part of the plan has been replaced with Vtubers, this company is one of their offshot in order to keep the japs in place.
What is Anycolor and why should I care about its financial report?
Some context would be welcome.

It's a lot more related than a significant amount of bullshit posted here, at least.

I don't know how much of this theory is true but I want it to be. It sounds like the scary backstory to one of my Japanese animes.
Nothing of it is true, it's a reference to a old manga/anime, called welcome to the N.H.K
