Interesting, the DIE VP pushing all of this crap is an Indian woman.
What is going on with Indian women? So many of them seem to be crazy woke leftists, even worse then white women.
Why wouldn't the females of a heathen degenerate race be precisely that bad?
Asian women in general are overwhelmingly extremist leftist. They understand that DIE overwhelmingly benefits them because all the other DIE candidates are dumber on average and having a vagina gets them priority over Asian male competition. Indian women are an exponential factor because Indian males are well… Indian males.
not the ones who grew up in communist countries
Chinese women beg to disagree.
Everytime something like this is seen they should sue to at least tie them up in court. Just keep taking them to court.
And they wonder why western gaming has taken a nose dive
Ubisoft is French and the EU allows for discrimination as long as it is against the natives. It was decided by the EU version of Supreme Court.
However, the mentorship is opened to US but I doubt anyone will sue. Most organization are pro-discriminating against men or white people and individuals aren't likely to sue a company over a mentorship.
I need the ruling/source on that, because I am very curious and my Polish wife would love to have more fuel for her nationalist fire.
This was a case where positive discrimination was supported: https://archive.is/DFAUw
Here is the principle of indirect discrimination:

"indirect-discrimination" basically just advocates for affirmative action.

This 2 are sketchy, I can't confirm them :
Case C-415/10, Brüstle v. Deutsche Telekom AG (2011): In this case, the ECJ considered the impact of affirmative action measures in the context of employment. The case involved a claim by a male employee who felt disadvantaged because of a company policy favoring women for certain promotions. The ECJ reaffirmed that affirmative action measures must be proportionate and targeted towards addressing underrepresentation, and they must not result in undue discrimination against individuals who do not benefit from such measures. The Court emphasized the need to balance the aims of affirmative action with the principles of equal treatment.
Case C-407/15, Vassallo v. Banca Popolare di Milano (2016): This case involved a claim where an employee argued that affirmative action policies favoring certain groups resulted in discrimination against him. The ECJ ruled on the compatibility of such measures with EU anti-discrimination laws. The Court held that while affirmative action measures are permitted under EU law, they must be carefully designed to achieve the intended goals without disproportionate adverse effects on others.
I'm sure they'll do it for white people when we're a minority, right? /s
Globally they always were.
Oh wow. In that case I guess the old vote with your wallets strategy
Indians have a caste system, we have a caste system in all but name, and the upper caste Indian women just happen to also qualify as our upper caste.
You gotta love it when a fucking Brahman starts going on about "muh oppressions".
*cackling intensifies*
Brah-mon even
The “white women bad” thing is a meme. White women are the second most conservative demographic, after white men. “White women” are only bad by the standard of comparison to white men, which means that they look worse than they are in a majority white society. As we see more nonwhites assume powerful roles, this will become increasingly clear to any who aren’t terminally fooled by the anti-white women meme.
100% -- if people didn't' already learn this from black women. It is not fundamentally different with other non-white women. It's a matter of degree.
It's kind of true in the sense that White women are essentially the ones holding back White men from fixing things
Aaahhh hahahahah and the best part is Ubisoft is tanking harder than most game companies right now. They are in a financial death spiral.
I'm not sure why any sane aspiring game developer would want the stink of Ubisoft on their CV but someone should drag these depraved goofs through court anyways.
It's impressive just how hard they are trying to make you hate them. EA never worked THIS hard to be this incompetent and evil.
This kind of shit should have made it to the Supreme Court long ago
