I still say that the call to abandon all prominent online spaces is misguided. Ceding ground is a losing strategy and it's a huge part of how the woke mob has become such a problem. Cultural bulwarks need to be maintained and that means not running away from every platform that's in common use.
Reddit is already owned part and parcel of living in a big city by leftist tranny powermods and literal paid bots and shills. Sites like that live and die by their traffic (when they aren't being propped up by outside interests).
What do you propose to do on reddit that won't be deleted after a mod's dilation session?
Before you answer: Look how badly original KIA was neutered.
Dude, reddit isn't a battlefield. the very head of that company is woke as fuck. These aren't grounds you can conquer, you're fucking delusional. If you still use reddit it's out of laziness.
Imagine going on hexbear or resetera claiming you can reclaim those grounds, that's fucking stupid. Reddit is no different.
"Hey guys, let's stop using anything other than echo chambers. Surely that will keep the woke ideology from propagating through literally every corner of society. We just have to stop engaging with any platform that wider society uses and then everyone will stop being so woke."
I get the idea of staging in leftist communities to troll them or bring people to our side, and respect people who can do that, but otherwise just contributing to reddit helps give them clicks, engagement, and free content. Make sure what you're posting is actually worth it. A spy in enemy territory is no good if he's literally just living with the enemy but doing nothing of tactical value.
Think of it like a war. If your army continues to fight on enemy ground, in unfavorable terrain, and keeps being defeated, it's better to fall back to an advantageous position, and push out from there. Continuing to wage a war on the enemy's terms and in the enemy's advantage is an exercise in defeat.
I agree that we can't perpetually retreat, but that's not what I was advocating. Wars are fought by building a fortress(es), and pushing outward from there.
There is one problem though, how are people in Reddit going to know about alternatives like Scored? It is ok not using Reddit, but if somebody there asks for a non censoring alternative it should be ok to give them some ideas too.
I mean stop using reddit, it's garbage. 'But but, it's where people are' No. It's where leftists are.
The alternatives suck though, but you can't keep on giving money to that Democrat PAC.
What a retarded take. The reason to stop using reddit is because you don't enjoy the experience, not because it'll somehow "own the libs".
He didn't say to own the libs. He said because it's garbage, which would also mean that he's not enjoying the experience.

There'll be another conglomerate eventually, I've been around since bbs days and they all ebb and flow.

You're an idiot.

Except unlike real war our "losses" are just anonymous accounts that can be replaced in mere seconds. Clear cookies and make a new one and you're in.
Point to the ground that has been taken during this war. Now look at the ground that has been lost over the last several generations.
Retreating is losing.

It's not whether any of us use it that's the problem here.
