I've seen studies that say over 30% of white people at colleges like MIT or Harvard are of Jewish (specifically Ashkenazi Jewish) heritage. I don't mean any hate to them with this comment, just that it is a striking figure given they're ~2% of the US population.
Why would it be striking though? Asians make up 7.5% of the population and are now 47% of incoming freshman. Perchance the jewish and asian demographics actually score higher on placement tests and have disproportionate academic achievement.
This video is pretty lacking. I see the attempted debunking of what is, effectively, a single source of 'meh' data. Whereas, we actually have multiple sources over a long period of time studying the IQ of jews, including going back to the time when most jews in the US were below the average IQ of whites due to them being recent immigrant populations, and generally younger.
In fact, a portion of the video is dedicated to the acknowledgement that a non-normal distribution of IQ could lead to a population having lower average IQ, that legitimately has a higher number of geniuses; which undermines the whole argument. You might be asking me to concede that "okay, jews have a lower IQ on average, but due to the non-normal distribution of jewish IQ, then this means the disproportionate number of jews is correct." Which, I mean, if you want to try and make that argument you can.
Overall, the silliest thing he does is break down possible explanations for higher jewish IQ and then treats them as fully distinct and unrelated hypothesis, rather than a multi-variable explanation. Jews going into intellectual work, and jews emphasizing reading, are purely distinct ideas that don't overlap; or, is it possible that the combination of these factors has an effect?
There's really not enough here to say that jews having high IQ is a myth, especially when the original conversation doesn't even include jews as a broken-down demographic.
I don't even necessarily disagree with that. But that's one of the reasons I wouldn't expect it to match any IQ sampling. Even if it were of only a single demographic, the selection would be class based even more than merit.
Counting Jews as white, so less than that.

Now look up ivy league presidents and see how overrepresented jews are there. Nepotism at work among the nose tribe, oy vey!
i do fuck those nepotistic tunnel diggers

Nah, the oversampling of Jews has less to do with intelligence and more to do with money.
You absolutely can buy your way into these schools, even if it's indirect.
It's not just about money. You can also put trolling for the IDF on your resume and get extra nepo-points
