No amount of $ will get this idiot anywhere near the Presidency. She is widely hated by even brain dead loyal Dems, and the "anyone but Trump" contingent is shrinking in comparison to the populist groundswell behind Trump/Vance. Trump made an excellent choice with this guy and is actually steering the RP in the right direction as the globalists abandon ship and defect to the DP.
