Considering how often this exact post is made every few years, with nearly the exact same setup, punchline, and topic, its either legitimate bot/npc behavior or deep level trolls we don't recognize.
They really love the trope of a terminally online grade schooler. A couple others have pointed it out, but she is an actual human. Every tweet is dictated to her by the DNC, though. Her, brooklyndad, Harry Sisson, etc are all on some DNC Pac's payroll.
