I could easily speculate the same but hearing nothing but unsourced speculation or outright made up sources from these so called journalists makes me less likely to believe it. Outside of being pro-Trump more often, NYP isn't much better than WaPo.

I am of the belief that they made threats against his family while he was in office trying to "drain the swamp" and he eventually backed down.
Trump has always been pro-jewish but in more of an economic sense, this time they want his support in a military sense to defend against growing pressure towards israel.

Not so sure about that. Everyone who served in Trump's cabinet got burned. I don't think Fink would want that even if Trump offered.
