So the center-"right" in France sided with the far-left?

No matter how much you hate the mainstream controlled op "right," you don't hate them enough.

So the center-"right" in France sided with the far-left?

The center-right is the far-left.

But sort of. It stayed neutral - it's split between a majority faction which repudiates the FN and a minority that co-operates with it. The Macronists sided with the far-left, and the far-left sided with the Macronists. In some places the Macronists voted for actual Communist Party candidates over FN candidates.

You're first sentence isn't wrong. The Left-Right dichotomy is Leftist propaganda. "Rightist" has always basically meant "bad Leftist". Meanwhile, anti-Leftists are not even really considered.

During the French Revolution, the Leftists were Jacobins, who were psychotic Rousseauians; and the Rightists were Thermodorians, who were more reasonable Rousseauians. The Liberals and Illiberals (Monarchists) were not even considered part of the dichotomy. This was the Overton Window of the age.

This distinction has morphed into the: Left-Right dichotomy morphing into Communist (Leftist), Democratic Socialist (Centrist), and Social Democrat (Rightist). Where as both Lockean Liberals and Illiberals are lumped together as something antithetical to all human civilization that must be hunted down and destroyed. This is thanks to the tireless work of Fabian Socialists all around the world for the past century and a quarter.

As such, you must expect the Social Democrat to vote for the Communist over the Liberal every time. It's why I realized my prediction for the 2020 election was wrong. Every Communist and every Antifa member voted Joe Biden. Everyone within the Leftwing narrative will support someone within their narrative, long before they support anyone else. Frankly, I wouldn't be surprised if the riots helped to secure the political Left to vote against FN. A lot of Biden supporters here in the US also said that the riots convinced them to vote for Joe Biden because they were under the impression that Trump was provoking them. This is also a strategy that the French Left have used in history to justify their crimes: "we had to massacre those people because the government provoked us into murdering them."

I don't think any historical totalitarian regime has ever had a more effective propaganda apparatus than the Boomer Truth regime, specifically of the "progressive" variety. There were genuine diehard true believers in communist and fascist countries to be sure, but most people were just going along to get along and didn't fully buy what they were being told. Hence why former fash and commie countries don't tend to have a big problem with true believers that wanna bring the former regime back.

What's frightening about proglodytes is that they seem like true believers, like they would rather die than admit they were wrong. Maybe it's the rootless cosmopolitanism and atheism leaving them with nothing else other than the state religion, and so if this regime were to fall, they would have nothing else to fall back on.

2020 taught me that as much as I rolled my eyes at leftist revolutionary LARPing, what with how contemporary lefties are a bunch of soft middle-class college-educated faggots who aren't exactly cut from the same clothe as the bolsheviks, I was still severely underestimating just how much their purported hatred of "neoliberalism" or w/e was a pure charade. When the rubber meets the road, these lefties will aggressively defend the very same international bourgeois scum that they performatively rail against from any real populist revolt.

What they want ideally is a socialist state where bean counters like them have total control over society. Because they have an insanely high estimation of their own intelligence. But if they have to choose between the status quo and a populist, decentralized paradigm where people are free from the rule of bureaucratic petty tyrants, they'll support the status quo every time.

They definitely did and do, but the Fabian strategy required the elimination of the "Old Left" which were far too revolutionary and violent to allow in significant positions of power. As such, a lot of them were removed from power.

It's the middle-managerial class maintaining their own rent-seeking behavior. To be honest, it was the Fascists & National Socialists that actually supported bureaucratic and technocratic managerialism to it's most extreme. Ironically, the Boomer Truth regime might be one of the only reasons they aren't building gas chambers yet.

I didn’t get that logic. People could see democrats where the ones cheering on the riots but I do remember media blaming Trump. Trump should’ve hammered down on them though

It's about "vibes". The riots were taking place under him. The riots were supposed to be for bad things. Trump didn't do anything to stop the riots (by acquiescing to their demands), so the only way to calm things down was to get rid of Trump.

Similarly, had he cracked down on the riots, it would have been evident that he was engaging in a coup to crush peaceful dissent, so the only way to calm things down is to get rid of Trump.

One of the easiest ways to detect Left-Wing Propaganda is by identifying that it's always a "Heads I win, tails you lose" false dichotomy.

Whether by communism or capitalism, the globalist scum can't stand people being free to govern their own countries as they see fit.

What does this mean ultimately - that no side has enough power to fuck over France? If the government can't get shit done and are stuck being essentially use this I'll take that as a win over a left wing government that will bend over to get fucked in the ass.

That comment was just about the election. But yeah, no faction has enough power to either fuck France (even further) or unfuck it. Things are not great as it is, so if I weren't optimistic about the near future, I'd view that as very bad news.

Other way around, I believe. France is a presidential system, with most of the power concentrated in the office of the President (Macron) - especially anything to do with foreign policy & national (in)security. Macron himself was always going to remain in power until 2027 no matter who won the election just now, so even Le Pen winning wouldn't have changed a jot about France continuing to be flooded with shitskins or committing to one foreign policy blunder after another in Europe & Africa.

I think what we're about to see is the Muslim-friendly, child-raping commies of the French far-left propping up Macron's policies. Not dissimilar to what the NDP is doing for Trudeau in Canada, but on a larger scale since technically the NFP will now have a plurality of seats in the French Parliament larger than Macron's own party, whereas the NDP's seat count is smaller than the Canadian Liberals. If I were a younger fellow I might have hope that the young'uns who voted for the NFP would be disgusted at the party they just voted for promptly revealing themselves to be puppets of the establishment and continuing to sell them out, but I've seen enough leftardation these past few years to know that's exceedingly unlikely to happen in enough numbers to matter.

You know, considering the French leftist love of children - and definitely not of the wholesome variety - it makes sense that they find common cause with Mohamedan sand savages despite the otherwise "reactionary" nature of Mohamedan culture.

I knew they "loved" kids but didn't realize they "loved" kids that much.
