Quite the opposite, I pointed those two out as the start of Vshojo's 'revival'
After three of their more...marmite (you either liked them or hated them) talents left, Henya joining then Matara gave them a lot of goodwill especially Matara as she seemed to chill things down a lot more with her presence. Combine that with Nijisanji's continued implosion and Matara reaching out to a lot of those talents thrown out from the mean girls club, their reputation is steadily improving that a lot of the hate has gone away from that company.
Vei was the third one, some people just didn't like her.
Rushia was the BIGGEST bomb both Hololive AND Vshojo avoided, she left Vshojo BEFORE all the shit got revealed that she was the Amber Heard of the Vtuber scene. That was just pure luck lol.
I think Silver is still pretty good, but I can absolutely admit she is one of those "love them or hate them" types even before the Hogwarts situation. But I think her continued success on her own even after that was a good sign for the state of the culture war overall (even if she is not really an active member in it).
She was good it was her exit which was bad as it was heavily implied on the way out that she threw shade on Ironmouse not Froot for 'not having her back' and basically burned that bridge on the way out.
It was stupid drama but that's what caused a few to sour on her as why was Ironmouse signalled out but she seems to be doing fine independently. I think though a better indicator of the culture war is seeing how a vtuber like Kirsche is rising in popularity more and the fact that the vtubers who pander to the left are usually with Nijisanji that's crashing or crashing themselves due to internal drama while those more outspoken are rising in popularity.

That is fair, I do agree it was odd to take a shot at Mouse when it seemed like she didnt really do much. But she seems to have just moved on and is not dwelling on it (for better or worse) so I dont really feel the need to focus on it.
Didn't realize Matara was controversial. Is it because she's Russian?
Matara was the first of the ex-Nijisanji rush
