It’s only funny because you’re correctly recognizing that beauty standards are about symmetry/bone structure, not skin color… until you realize that the former strongly correlates with the latter. That’s why fantasy dark elves are hot while average black women, by and large, are not.
A byproduct of this dynamic is that dark skinned elves do not qualify as non-white representation because they are not presenting as American blacks. Drow don’t have the precise facial structures or cultural moors of African Americans, therefore we need African American elves to satisfy our DEI mandate.
Japan makes dozens of "chocolate waifus" every year and not one of them counts as representation either.
Because the only way to make a black woman hot is to remove everything black about them except the color. Just like in real life where 99% of the "hot black chicks" in the world are mixed to hell and back and got all the good genes.

Will say on a personal note, Brazilian mixed with Asian is a LETHAL blend, all the curves of a Latina in a petite Asian package.

If they want more black characters that are loved.. need characters like Sheva from RE5. But i know they will fuck her up if they ever remade RE5. Probably none of those sexy DLC outfits like the fairy tale and business skirt. Probably fuck with her facial structure to make her "less european". Even if they kept her face the same.. her default outfit will be nerfed. probably some kinda black spats or something covering her cleavage.
