I think this is naivete. We should move past the idea that most leftists -- and those who prostrate themselves before leftists -- sincerely think white men are bad and acknowledge that the whole "Never attribute to malice what can be attributed to ignorance" is pure bullshit.

There's another aspect to this. When the useful idiots spout the exact same lies (stupidity) as the people in power (malice), in many (most?) situations it becomes almost impossible to distinguish who you're dealing/talking with, because the say the same things and act almost identically. In many ways, it's easier to have a similar method of dealing with such people, regardless of intent, as the effects of unmitigated civilizational access of such people results in the same: collapse, failure, misery, and death.
Almost all the propaganda in the West is teaching people to fear White people, that White people are bad. Why do you think colonialism, slavery, the civil war, and the world wars are front and center in Western history classes? There is zero nuance or contextualization of that history, and much of it is an outright lie. Furthermore, that propaganda we were taught in school is then reinforced with identical propaganda from Hollywood, of the same events telling the same things.
Why else would White people feel guilty merely for being White people, in our own countries? It's because we've been brainwashed to feel like we're bad, that our ancestors were bad, and we deserve to be punished.
And yet none of them actually fear Whites. They move to White neighborhoods, they don't cross the street to avoid Whites, and they seek Whtie mates. No one is afraid of Whites. This needs to change.

That's not correct. NONE of them believe it. Not the black woman on TV claiming that whites are the greatest threat, not the FBI or CIA claiming that white supremacy is the greatest threat, not the Pakis or Pajeets who mouth off about how diversity is so much better. They all at the end of the day know they are lying. They know you know they are lying. They don't care because it benefits them to say it. It benefits the zogbot who tackles the white guy, right up until reality asserts itself anyway.
You're right about propaganda, but I think it's more likely that the average person is conflicted and doesn't want to bring negative attention their way from leftists, so they end up choosing political correctness.

I’ll say what I always say: people always leave out the important part of the saying. It’s “never attribute to malice without evidence what could be explained by stupidity.” There’s evidence galore. (The jury’s still out on whether the heuristic itself has been mangled by malice or stupidity).
