That one's a bit over the top but they have absolutely been known for doing that sort of stuff. They usually just bury their victims in concrete whole. Another thing I read online (but might be an urban legend) is they will burn the body and mix the ash with asphalt for construction. Anyway today's yakuza are just petty thugs looking for easy yen. I haven't seen any evidence they care about Japan since the Kobe quake.
A lot of the Japanese in the Yazuka are Burakumin who were outcasts in ancient Japan and also 30% of Yakuza are Korean.
And they are involved in criminal activity as well , aka not the kind of people who would care about societal wellbeing .Not sure why people would expect them to be super nationalistic about Japan
