This guy is far too forgiving, probably because he wants to keep teaching and he has not yet realized that it is not a job for anyone who insists on teaching honestly, actually giving students an opportunity to learn something other than leftist political orthodoxy.

Men especially have less legal protection against getting fired (women always claim sexism in industrial tribunals).
There are plenty of lawyers out there who would take the case on contingency.
