It still is in the case of women. It's hard to find a bigger red flag than a willingness to destroy a guy in divorce court. The problem is that the SMP is so distorted that men will overlook a women with more red flags than a CCP parade in hopes of getting their dick wet. With men it's a mixed bag. I think college age has it easiest, especially if you are in college or have friends. After that, it is definitely harder. Old age just makes it easier if your income increases (which it does on average for most guys) or if you are okay with settling for less. Finding a girl who isn't a gold digger or slut is ideal but the good girl still has her choice of rich or poor guys, so she'll go as rich/other qualities as she thinks she can get.
College girls are some of the worst Chad chasers. They've written articles about "golden penis syndrome", which is just a fancy term they use to complain that college aged Chads won't commit.
