Your ideas of opsec are horrible.

If you need opsec to play vidya, we've already lost.

The opsec issue isn't with the vidya it's with leaving a trail that can link your posts here to your real identity. Things do get a little glowy in here so anyone with a prominent position probably doesn't want to be linked here.

But tbh anyone that concerned with opsec can get around that, they just can only use burner accounts if they want to join in the next month or so. But that's fine I guess, if everything's already a burner account there's no reason not to be 100% based in game.

I think that's fair and appreciate the concern. I guess my opinion is if it's on the Internet, opsec is already out the window and you can be identified if they really want to. Especially with everything being on mobile devices these days.

In this case all you need is the game however. Coordination with other players will be tough, but not impossible.

This is correct. Everything becomes accessible to "law" enforcement at a certain level. Nothing is a honeypot because everything is a honeypot. You can either keep your speech "legal" or not, where ever you might be in particular only determines the exposure, not the security of the communication under scrutiny.

Yeah, this is true. Never say anything even remotely legally actionable online. Almost nothing can protect you from the govt. snooping.

But there's a second layer of security concern from autistic commie retards mobbing your business associates with anything legal but suitably taboo you have said. So if you make a habit of taunting unemployed nutcases regularly, it's good practice to firewall off any spicy opinions you share online from concerted private party snooping too. Isolate your means of making a livelihood, just for ease of day to day living. What they lack in competency they can make up for with numbers and copious free time.

Sometimes I toy with leaving obscure red herring clues pointing to random annoying retards of their own kind, just to see if anyone's hunting for bait and for the potential joy of watching them eat their own again.

I do most of my TTRPG through local comic shops and coworker contacts.

Otherwise, I just design encounters and mini-modules for StarFinder.

Kinda have a bit of an aversion to randomly joining discords tbh...

You can just find the server in the list then.

A Land Far Away - Waterdeep

There's more info in the discord but nothing you can't find out in game.

Fuck d20. d10 storyteller is where it's at. I'm talking Exalted! Best TTRPG around. My group has been at this campaign for over a year.
