This might actually kill the Assassin's Creed franchise which to be honest deserves to die already.
You release this at a time when even the normies have had enough of this pandering diversity shit and if there is one more thing wrong with the game like a live service mess, this'll join Suicide Squad in the trash.
Edit: especially if they copy this pricing structure which I don't put past them.
Nah, if this is true they were smart to create two player characters. Asmongold normies will just pick Naoe and not worry about it. "Why are you guys making a big deal about an optional video game character?"
What should kill the franchise is that it's the same shit rehashed ad infinitum. I was done after Brotherhood.
Was Unity before Black Flag or after as I never bought Unity but stopped after Black Flag.
The multiplayer and Ezio made me buy Revelations, but 3 was a MASSIVE downgrade in both multiplayer and character. Black Flag made me play for character, good ship play and sea shanties.
Unity was after Black flag.
It was a buggy mess and got rightly meme’d to oblivion, but now in 2024 it’s entirely playable and actually breath of fresh air after all the RPG creeds.
Black flag is still better though
