Don Lemon's logic is that A) to get more black doctors you have to lower standards because they're not as competent and B) black doctors give better care to black patients than white doctors do and C) many blacks are treated by white doctors.
So we need more incompetent black doctors to replace competent white doctors that are currently treating black patients. Makes perfect sense, right??
Well it could if (B) was a huge effect; if white doctors just give really trash care to blacks then even an incompetent black doctor could be better for black patients. There probably is some difference treating other races, but it's very small and the incompetent black doctors, a surgeon for instance, will have to treat other races too.
In that case the solition is simple: only Black people should be allowed to be treated by DEI hires and the rest of us will have to get by with the racist "competent" doctors.
I second this as long as the segregation is strict both ways.
Productive members of society suddenly get better healthcare when their doctors aren't wasting so much time treating overdoses and habitual messes, alongside a healthy dose of schadenfreude looking at the other side.
The part where he is saying Elon is wrong because 5% of surgeons are black is the funniest thing.
