It's so that the next crop of officers will be more compliant to the regime, than a greater idea. Basically, planning for a time where they gotta use the military on the population. It'll be a lot easier once they start filling the ranks with fresh off the boats illegals.
The enlisted has been filled with illegals for awhile. Service grants you citizenship.

That's not "illegal." It's one way to ensure the immigrant will make a decent citizen. If his service record is honorable, he gets to take the civics test and gain citizenship. It's how my Lithuanian uncle got his back in the late '50s, after being sponsored by someone in Chicago.
It is an option for immigrants who go through legal channels, not for wetbacks.
Not for wetbacks. Well when I was in the service, I never heard any Lithuanian. You can bet I heard plenty of Spanish though.

We're still on the identical course to the fall of Rome, including the hiring of foreigners for military recruitment, and all the problems that brings, with an extra addition of Weimar degeneracy, evil, and communist revolutionaries. Still, even the despotic Roman leaders didn't hate their own people like ours do of Whites. This is probably going to end up being the fastest collapse of a highly successful civilization that the world will ever see.
