People should know what's coming, so that they can find ways to expose them once they predictably act along the same consistent patterns they've repeatedly used in the past. There is value in stating the obvious, just to make sure there is no ambiguity with anyone about the future. It will be expected, and if anyone here is in a position to counter it, then they will be better prepared.

No idea from which part exactly, though, since he's stated not being from Italy in the past. If I had to hazard a guess, then probably England, but I'm less than 50% sure of that.
