The stuff bing is trying to add at the end of your prompt will appear on a road sign of some kind somewhere in the prompt, and it can be quite hilarious.

What computer virus or website hack or whatever was it that asked a login webpage to return a million characters and it essentially dumped the whole login database with emails, usernames, passwords, etc? I vaguely remember an old XKCD explaining the gist of it, and this seems like it's similar.
Since it adds the words after you enter your prompt, the final image has those words included legibly where before they would have been invisibly included and they can't hide that they're doing it outright.
