They couch their crap (even backhanded admissions of truth) in other lies, to try to control the narrative. They frame the discussion around the oppressed/oppressor narrative. Thus, any successful person/group is an oppressor, and the unsuccessful person/group are being oppressed. White people are more successful, therefore we're oppressing everyone else.

Of course, this is only applied one way (hypocritically): against White people, especially men. They redefined racism to only mean White people can be racist, but non-whites can never be racist, and never ever racist against Whites. They also illegally hire non-whites and women, to the exclusion of Whites and men, regardless of merit, and in many sectors there are way more non-whites and women, but those groups are never considered to be privileged or oppressors. White men will forever be the "privileged oppressors" even though we're becoming minorities in our own nations, demonized and attacked by everyone. Also, jews are never considered to be oppressors, even though they inordinately hold the reigns of modern society. They love to claim antisemitism when this is pointed out, or they got their by their higher IQ, which is another lie as those IQ studies were falsified. In reality, they're incredibly nepotistic.

Thus, diversity, and everything attached to it, is a lie, and merely a tool to attack and undermine White people, especially men.
