After Texas changed its name to Israel the Supreme Court has decided to let Texas keep its border wire!

Jokes aside, the problem really is Barrett proving that she was a neocon plant, which is a shame as if they needed a female judge there was another one available at the time I think in Florida who was Latina and Thomas levels of based
They probably showed pictures of kids crying next to barbed wire and she folded. Kavanaugh is another plant - Barrett and him take turns so they both don't always look like traitors.
On some of the big issues Kavanaugh at least takes the more conservative leaning.
That current case regarding the administrative state, he's on page with Thomas to essentially gut their powers, the deciding votes are Barrett and Roberts I think.

Which is why I usually fault the right for being short sighted in taking the red meat (or especially letting neocons choose)
We had the other lady, not ONLY would we have gotten Roe v Wade but this issue, maybe even more gun restrictions removed, there's an upcoming case in the supreme Court that targets the administrative state..

Yes.
Because process is punishment, and the point of lawfare is to increase the cost of opposition by forcing our side to mount expensive legal defenses. As long as the left is waging total war, lawfare will continue to escalate.
The process IS punishment don't get me wrong, it's why plea deals are so successful in America..
But at a high level, in this case presidential and supreme Court level, you risk a blowback that cripples you. We've seen a number of 'loses' for the Democrats on gun control recently because of their use if lawfare in relation to the second ammendment. The last thing they would want is these cases going up to an actual Conservative majority Supreme Court and losing the restrictions they had on their opponents.
If the 'blowback' happens after the election has been influenced by the over 9000 indictments, then what difference does the supreme court ruling against them make?
The process has punished, the election been influenced. There is no effect a supreme court ruling can have which undoes the damage the lawfare has already inflicted. Given this effectiveness, why would it ever stop?
