They're not a unified group (it's part 0f the reason why we stand a chance when we are smaller and the normies are so passive mostly), you will have those you can de-program from the cult.
But it should be always case by case, there are some there is NO redemption for and you need to ensure they can't slink back into the shadows.

Those guys don't go quiet, they just complain that Trump isn't as great as he could be.
They have a few worm-tongues, I notice too much of a pattern in calling for restrictions from when the right was in power to the left, it's just different language.
They are only unified by what they are told to hate (normal white males). Take away that and they turn against each other as hate is a hungry creature demanding constant feeding.
