This will quietly be reinstated again after another distraction appears
The plan including removing a bunch of other Penn-related stuff in the area but the victory seems focused on the statue staying. Sounds like we won a battle but may lose the war.
Or direct their goons to tear down the statue during the next chimp out. Although it is federal land...
And then while our side is kept busy in the courts debating what to do with the statue, melt it down in secret.
