I don't think so, but I've never seen political demographic data for other countries either. I imagine there are groups in some European countries and maybe South Korea where this happens.
The thing making our case notable may just be how extreme the polarization is here, especially exacerbated by having only 2 major parties and a hot debate about abortion legality.

There’s no actual debate over abortion, it’s just women screeching and men caving.

The debate of abortion is now at the state level (where it belonged from the beginning). If they have a problem they should take it up with their state governments. I'm not pro-choice except for maybe the rare scenarios (rape, incest, etc) but these bitches want to kill unborn as far as weeks before them actually giving birth.

Just goes to show it's never about reason or compromise. They want to spread their legs to random thugs, try to baby trap, then, when it falls through, to sacrifice the unborn in any way they want and it's "oppression" to say otherwise. And on top of all that, make everyone else pay for it
