Wouldn't be an issue if you didn't run against President Trump.
Choose your enemies wisely. Desantis chose poorly...
There was no reason for Desantis to even bother running. His popularity was at an all time high, his position as Governor all but guaranteed for the next decade.
What a dumb decision.
Should have focused on the job President Trump helped him get elected for, Keeping Florida Great, instead of stabbing our President in the back.
He's termed out in 2026 anyway. He either has to run in 24 or somehow stay relevant between 26 and 28.
That's true. I did not think he should run this time, especially considering we think Trump was cheated out of 2020 and want revenge.
