Yesterday, I weighed myself, and found I'd gotten under 200 pounds for the first time in almost two decades.
Still got a lot of work to do to reach my target weight, but I can no longer keep my pants or shorts up without tying them or using a belt. That's a good feeling, man.
I lost a lot of weight this year
And they're rewarding fatsos

Regardless of anything external, good job on losing weight. Getting healthier is its own reward in how you look and feel.
