This is why communism is so popular to these people. When individuals start engaging in choice it weakens them. Bud light can't spread their propaganda of men becoming women if people stop buying their product.
But if the state owns everything then they control the message start to finish. It's why publicly funded bullshit like pbs and npr are commie shills
It's also why they love injecting their woke BS in shows that are only on subscription services. They can hide usage and views from the public as well as subsidize the failing propaganda with the content people are actually paying to watch, assuming they don't go too far ie Cuties, which triggers a chunk of market share canceling in protest.
We, and the rest of the world, sees what happens when they go full woke in theatrical releases or TV shows. Shitty box office or viewership numbers, can't gaslight around it beyond screaming racism and misogyny.
The streaming model completely obscures woke failures while continuously funding them via redistribution of funds generated by popular content.
The old studio model existed to create profitable hits. The new studio model exists to fund propaganda.
Don't forget the money laundering.
I'm sure that the $100 million that the Obamas got from Netflix was totally legit and had nothing to do with any political services rendered.
The old studios produced no shortage of propaganda. They just had to make it palatable.
