We have age of consent laws that we agreed to as a society and for they're not hard to abide by. Don't have sex with someone older till this age.
If men get harshly punished for having sex with someone a year below that age, same punishment for women. Saying anything else is giving preferential treatment by gender.
If you don't agree with that, change the law. But for that you'd need public approval and sure you'll get it probably in far left areas but EVERYONE else will probably oppose you.

Like I said in my post, in my grandparents generation people were getting setup to be married at this age. You are saying you want to kill and mutilate people for that exact same age range.
I did not claim the actions of this person were 100% right or didn't deserve any response / negative consequence.
I took issue with your sense of "morality" where you think a teen having consensual sex calls for killing and mutilating the people involved.
