Basically, the invasion is getting so bad that not just blue cities like New York are complaining....loudly but some Republicans have campaigned on the idea of using military force against cartels to stop trafficking and drugs...and they're the ones going up in the polls.
So they had to take action in an election year, problem is, the leftists are still in control of 90% of the media so this'll be marked as a 'great betrayal' than a pragmatic course correction to not get bodied so hard in 2024 they run out of paper to make the new votes.
I'm more confused that whomever's jerking Biden's chain didn't just quietly put out a memo to shut up or get fucked on the matter.

I’m wondering if it’s a similar situation to when Biden finally condemned the rioting after the death of Saint Floyd because the polls were showing it was hurting the Dems to cheer them on. Now with Abbott sending waves of illegals to blue cities they are getting pissed off at having their cities invaded. Only thing is I foolishly expected Dems to lose big after cheering on the riots. They used the neocons in the Republican party to say "we should ban abortion on a federal level" after Roev Wade to scupper a Red wave in 2022

Unless they go through and ACTUALLY take Trump off the ballot using the legislator (which forget Rubicon, that's a no man's land and probably radicalise way more people than blackpill like they want) I don't see a path for them to win, people hate the current situation more than they can ever hate Trump.

Some limpdick analyst was freaking out a week or two ago because "Trump is now polling farther ahead than any likely margin of cheating in 2020."
It would have to be pretty bad for them to be concerned about not being able to cheat their way out of any electoral consequences.
