They even drew the gun full retard. Not only does it overall make zero sense mechanically, but none of the three barrels on the right look like they connect to anything. I also don't know what those two cylinders floating above his hand are supposed to be, but I think they're just there to try to hide the fact they only drew three fingers per hand.
It's like if they gave those thin men from Xcom enemy unknown Nazi cosplay.
