My first reaction was to label this fake news. I don't know the website, and the article is based on someone's opinion. Here is the "think tank" it quotes.
But to be fair it's not merely opinion. It does appear that lot of things are coming together for this purpose. The question is will "climate emergency" actually mean they'll attempt any of those supposed unconstitutional acts, or does it just mean some extra FEMA allocation in the federal budget.
I'm wondering if they're going to use this for more election shenanigans in 2024.
Yeah, this isn't the best looking source...but the actual idea has clearly been in the works since Covid lockdowns; it was obvious they wanted to do a climate lockdown spinoff series.
This is basically just saying 'that thing you think we're headed toward...we also think we're headed toward that thing." It's not exactly useless, since it is an extremely important issue, but it's not particularly useful either.
Sorry to steal top comment but just in case some of you want these I have a collection of old manuals I found with pretty m7ch everything you could need.

What do you think are some realistic ways people could stand up to this if push does come to shove?
insert "fedposting"
Just be ready to participate in the preference cascade - and hope that you didn’t jump the gun.
If/when it happens people will be too busy trying to survive to do anything. Even getting enough food will be difficult, especially protein.
Better have easy access to hunting/fishing.
The more productive hunting will be for something you don't intend to eat.
