EXCLUSIVE: Fox News whistleblowers expose company's support for far-left charities
Fox News’ viewership has historically leaned right and favored Republican causes. While the company wears a conservative face on air, it appears that behind closed doors, Fox is willing to lean left or in whatever other direction the wind is blowing. Insid...
We’ve known this for years, Fox staff also overwhelmingly contributed to Hillary in 16 at the same rate as every other corpo news
Yea I remember being really disappointed when I learned all this but looking back I shouldn’t have been
A company that large won't be allowed not to be establishment.
Controlled Opposition.
The Cathedral/Establishment is all in on SocJus. Faux News is just another corporate machine interested in profit and the truth be damned.
Fox News vs. MSNBC/CNN is just Megamind vs. Metroman theatrics for those who are familiar with the movie.
I'm not going to read the article but is it through the company charity program where they'll match the donation if so, don't they have to match it no matter what charity it is otherwise it's some kind of discrimination?
That probably is right, but also you have to then ask the question of how many thousands of dollars have they funneled into those causes without even questioning the result of their program. If it's in the deep millions, there should be alarms going off to shut it down unless that was the plan the whole time.
Companies can control what's on their charitable matching list. The one I work for has remove SPLC, ADL, ACLU and substituted more sensible alternatives.
Depends on the company and how much they care, if they outsource it to some giving platform then I'm not so sure it'll be up to them. I worked for a company had had a list and the list was shit and I made sure management knew and they told me there's an option where you can just donate to whatever and they'll match it, but looking at the little booklet they hand out you'd never know it.
I'm not defending fox news but it seems like the article (yeah now I read it) is talking about they found those liberal charities in the Benevity platform that powers Fox Giving. no where does the article says how much they actually gave to those charities, so it'd be no different if CNN has a CNN Giving and you can donate to pro-life and pro-gun options on their platform. Although I'm willing to bet CNN HR would be more likely to work against you if you donate to the right and Fox New HR would invite you to the liberal cabal within fox news, meetings on Tuesdays, bring a snack.
Considering Fox's entire purpose, brand, and market share is based on supposedly not being the one media source that isn't Far Left, this is something they probably should care about.
Because if they don't care, then that would mean they literally don't stand for any of the politics that make up their bleating and would be admitting to it.
Which we know is the case, but they still pretended all this time.
Without reading the article, I bet that is 100% the case, just a charity match. Which implies people working at fox are left-wingers since someone is making that initial donation, so it doesn't really change the point in the end, but it is a slightly different process to get there.
That doesn't appear to be the case. Latest news that is FNC has removed Satanic Church from the list of charities they will match, because that one obviously caught too much attention from the two dozen boomers still watching Fox News.
