Post Reported for: Rule 12 - Falsehoods (x4)
Okay, so I noticed the date was 2019. I suspect this may have been true at the time. There was a large anti-CCP protest at Blizzcon 2019 involving a large number of protestors wearing Winnie The Pooh costumes as a result.
I can't substantiate this tweet or that box being accurate, but for all the protestors in Winnie The Pooh costumes, they only appear outside. Everyone inside had to wear "Free Hong Kong" t-shirts, so this appears to be a legitimate situation... from 4 years ago.

Cool, but... Can we get an archived source for the claim, instead of a random (possibly fake) screenshot?
Hmm...
(also I'm gonna warn anyone against checking the guy's timeline, looks like a degenerate autist tumblr refugee)
faggot
Then get the fuck out.
Are you admitting it's fake? Proof or get the fuck out.
Fuck off nobody wants your fake screenshots.

So every Halloween store needs to stock like 500 Winnie The Pooh costumes.
I think you guys might be reaching a bit in assuming that this has anything to do with China. Clearly, they’re just trying to prevent anyone who came in a vampire cosplay from having hard-core gay sex with the Winnie the Pooh cosplayer on the convention floor. I understand such activity is trending in the video game world as of like three days ago.
So what I'm hearing is "We only specified Xinnie the Pooh, Xiglet is still allowed"
So desperate to stop a "red-shirt moment" reoccurring that they ban Pooh?
Is this an out-of-season April Fool's joke?
OP is literally refusing to provide a source. This is currently unsubstantiated and probably fake.
