Actually all the replacements are Filipinos who got flown in by the hundreds specifically to take over the nursing jobs from the intelligent ones who didn't want the clot shot.
Right now if you go to a hospital in Oregon you'll hear whatever the hell Filipinos speak before any English.
Tagalog, healthcare workers in general have been outsourced because they can’t find anyone locally dumb enough risk adverse effects for a 20 an hour job (average)
It is funny I was going to say Tagalog but I wasn't 100% sure and I didn't want to look it up.
At least you aren't getting the untrained laborers... those are the worst. For most lower status filipinos a nursing job is as high as they can hope to go, and I have found them to be pretty hardworking.
And they are probably learning NURSING when they study it, not bullshit about "birthing people."
Still sucks for Americans, but they are doing it to themselves.
This is true. Filipinos run most of the lower paid positions like techs, pharmacy, and cleaning crew etc. I like them usually cause they are harder workers than blacks and share lumpia with me.
