Don't get worked up over the title joke. I just think it's funny how a guy can attack White "rednecks" who support Republicans as being low IQ imbeciles, but Dinesh pointing to The Science is racist and wrong.

Twitter replies are about 50/50. Better than what I expected actually.

They have been pushing the “low IQ redneck GOP voter” for years

I remember seeing a friend on facebook post the percentage of democrats with college degrees vs republicans and lamenting the stupidity of them during the late Bush era. I'm sure it goes back a lot further than that.

My parents have been Republican since I was born so I’ve heard that mindset a lot. Before I was born but I remember a story about a reporter who was shocked that Nixon beat McGovern and said “nobody I know voted for Nixon”

nobody I know voted for Nixon

Reminds me of my favorite peak Trump TDS moment.

When the guys behind Epic Rap Battles of History made their expected Presidential candidate episode of Hillary vs Trump, which is heavily lopsided towards Hillary including refusing to let Lincoln slap her at the end. This despite the Romney vs Obama one being quite fair, where most people admit Romney outright wrecked Obama despite the show being run by heavy Leftists from the start.

And then a bunch of the staff being shocked and "scared" the day after they released it as people in droves call them out on their blatant bias, fully admitting they didn't think anyone really liked Trump or could possible be voting for him. If I recall right, it was a major reason, or just the assumed one, why the show had such a long hiatus right after.

Which is funny when they also only moments later talk about the evil rich capitalist gop voter…

It's a Democrat slander that has its roots in mocking West Virginia for leaving the rest of the state over slavery a hundred sixty years ago.

I mean, rednecks are really stupid. There's just about a hundred other groups in the US that are equally or more stupid, and nobody talks about that because they're scared of being called racist.

That’s true. But as long as I can remember democrat voters have always been pushed as the more intelligent bunch

Progressives have no principles, only rhetoric. They are mentally deranged. Dinesh is making the mistake of engaging with the tumour instead of pointing out that the tumour is being a hypocrite and cannot comprehend this because it is mentally deranged.
