Man are white people low on that chart. 10-12 IQ points between white and chinese/japanes/koreans is huge.
You probably think some random dog eater living in a mud hut in central China has a high IQ because you can't grasp that Chinese immigrants to the US aren't "average", they're elites.
They are also tiny in number compared to the overall US population. Not fair for extremely smart whites who get their average brought down by rednecks in Appalachia.
Whites at 104 still do much better than hispanics around 95 & blacks at 85.
Indians, despite being very elite from India, are only 107, which speaks to the very low base line that India has genetically.
IQ is more of a threshold than anything. If your demographic’s average IQ is sub 100, then your people won’t be inventing or innovating much. If your average is sub 90, you won’t even manage a functional society.
Were elites. The previous generation and to some degree their children are very smart. The current generation, where they just pick anyone to flood tech jobs, are not- at all. Every large corporation is flooding their tech departments with half-retards because they can't tell the difference.

Chinese IQ IN China is on average I believe slightly higher than whites as well (see Richard Lynn).
My guess is that whites have much more variance in IQ. White trash is real.

Most Chinese in China are dumb as shit. People only think Chinese are smart because every Chinese they've met is the top 0.1% Chinese elite.

I know all that. I still think whites are not doing enough to train their kids. It should be a competitive field but sadly is not.
