This isn't about who's the best, but the least worst. Both can be bad. In fact, I struggle to think of a single GOP/Republican/Conservative President candidate that's all good. Trump went downhill, DeSantis has been playing both sides, and many of the rest are just RINO's.
And the problem with people sniping each other for not being perfect candidates is that we aren't just fighting each other. The Left will be there, with their guy ready to make things infinitely worse than almost any of our failures could.
Leftists are going to jerk each other raw over whoever the candidate is. The right, collectively, needs to endorse candidates who can both win and push things more to the right.
The issue being, is that the Right will continue to purity spiral itself into never winning because "he had a meal with a black guy once PASS CUCK WORTHLESS."
Without realizing that while X candidate is kinda pro-women and Jew, the alternative from the Left is obscenely pro both those and everything you don't want. And in a winner take all situation you can't get pure representative, its always maybe bad versus for sure bad.

Yeah, well, we're letting the trump tards throw a temper tantrum instead of running better candidates who might actually win.
We lost a number of winnable races because they were massive trump candidates.
We also did lose two because the GOP pulled funding, and I'll happily blame the rnc for that too.
