I guess it comes down to whether you're needed or not.
For example, Nick Fuentes and Jon Minadeo have Mexican ancestory and they're leaders of White Nationalism and not many White Nats/Nat Socs seem to care.
But if the White Nat/Nat Soc movement were a lot stronger, I doubt they'd even be allowed anywhere near.
Fuentes has always gotten some degree of shit for being Mexican. He became the "leader" of White Nationalism because...the alt-right guys who rose to prominence around 2016 got kicked off everything. The audience moved to him because he was one of the few guys left standing.
He's also been all over the place politically. He spouted WN talking points, even flirting with Holobunga denial but also ends up working with Milo (gay Jew), Loony Loomer (Psychotic Jewess), and Ali Akbar (literal niggerfaggot). Then, he comes all the way back around to Ye 2024, running on the "I Love Hitler" platform, which for some reason also had Milo on its staff.
