When you and your buddy go out to the bar at noon by the beach to hit on girls in bikinis, then get roped into a bachelorette/birthday/whatever party and end up at a club until 2 am. Basically whenever festivities start early and end late you need something that will get and keep a buzz without dehydrating you or being too sugary.

Yep. Everyone I know that drinks coors or bud light uses it as a pacing beer to keep going for the long haul.
