I know. You can’t expect these people to actually know history. For instance I’m a huge fan of classic blues and country as well as early rock and roll. There are endless articles about white musicians who were influenced by black musicians or accusations like with Elvis that he “stole” black music despite the numerous articles where he talks about who influenced him.
But you see very few articles about these early black musicians influenced by white artists. Howlin Wolf for instance was a great blues musician and he named Jimmie Rodgers (father of country music) a major influence and he even tried to do his yodel which turned into his signature howl. Mississippi John Hurt was another blues artist who named him as a major influence. Gallows Pole was a great song by Zeppelin, which was done by Leadbelly but originally comes from a Scottish Ballad.
Anyway all that to say the people writing this article are morons
I'm just a hillbilly, so what do I know about old-time songs [chicken pickin intensifies] , but it's so goddamn tiresome seeing Da'sha'un Da Bod-eeStacca say "craccas ain't kno SHIET bout playin' no music 'fore dey stol' it." Like their entire culture isn't corrupted Redneck/Rural Southern English they got from us.
Always that shit-eating “We need to talk about…” headline.
The article is the usual woke horseshit though I had to laugh about this line:
“With all the recent chatter about banning TikTok, I, for one, could care less if the app fell off the face of the planet. While I’m always here for freedom of expression and access to information, it’s taken erasure to new heights, and there doesn’t seem to be any antidote to that.”
In other words, I’m all for freedom of expression except that I’m not.

I see someone has read Thomas Sowell. But yes I too get tired of the “they stole it” mindset
They be projectin’, y’all.
The people telling you that you are racist.
>white
>those noses
Nah, man.
None of those noses have the ridge you're implying.
Not the ridge, the hook, man
Trying to get close enough to the screen to make out the details in that tiny image, would lead to me having my monitor up mine.
Archie link, because people should archive everything. https://archive.is/XvJcC

jews infiltrated ukraine to start the conflict with Russia
You clearly shouldn't be thinking when you can't keep up with reality.
They steal and they steal
They dindu nuffin.
They have never, in the history of global humanity, ever done anything. Thousands of miles of coast, from which never a sail was set.
Always that shit-eating “We need to talk about…” headline.
