This is just mental retardation at this point. Your “gotcha” is that the best selling single player game of the year, headed towards billions in raw profit, and almost certain to spawn multiple sequels, is now, after weeks on top, falling behind F2P multiplayer shooters in “active players”. Surely, this vindicates your comically retarded commentary on this game.
If Hogwarts Legacy was not a smashing success, what does that make every other single player game released in the last few years?
Seriously, Imp, it is blessing to have you as my opponent on so many issues. The “stormfags” couldn’t ask for a better enemy.
Until Starfield blows it out of the water and sends JK Rowling back to writing shitty books.
Besides, looking at player figures, how many people bought it for political reasons? If it's so popular, it shouldn't be behind Fortnite at its weakest time (1-2 weeks before the end of the season) and Call of Duty.
Twelve million sales, but nobody's playing. Sounds like someone's cooking the books.

You're missing that this is Fortnite when the game is absolutely dead. I played for 20-something seasons and the last two weeks of each, they have to fill lobbies with bots if you're playing late or early in the day.
The fact that "dead" Fortnite is outpacing it and Call of Duty with forced mobile phone registration is at the top shows that it's a game that "sold" well, but doesn't have any players.
Maybe the PC Master Race were cucked enough to buy it, while console players actually looked at the merit of the title rather than "oh, buy it to own the trannies"
Also, if they make a sequel, it will sell horribly. This game had every single bit of luck and political grift behind it and will fold in a different climate. Would it outsell Starfield? I doubt it. It launched in a period where the only other release was widely regarded as Russian vaporware that would launch more broken than Cyberpunk 2077.

None of what you listed is a problem for someone with even basic critical thinking skills. And if you factor in sales, bundles, emulation, and other ways of 🏴☠️acquiring games online🏴☠️ then you end up saving more money over consoles in the long-run.
My Graphics card will be good for the next few years, and I can upgrade it any time for much less than the cost of a PS5, not to mention I can easily get a few hundred for my old one. The only real problem with PC gaming lately has been terrible optimization of PC ports.
Starfield has a LOT of row to hoe. BethSoft's last published offering was Fallout 76 dude. It has been a while but not long enough for the market to forget that one. It's the major reason why the PR campaign for Starfield has been so muted.
If it isn't cracked out of the gate the reviewers are going to kick it around.
Until Starfield blows it out of the water and sends JK Rowling back to writing shitty books
Yeah, we still don't really know what Starfield is or will be. And Beth has burned a lot of goodwill with Fallout 76.
Besides, looking at player figures, how many people bought it for political reasons?
I'm willing to bet that it's a miniscule amount. Most people dont't hate things enough to spend money on things they don't like just to spite people that won't notice anyway.

Tell me you have no idea about player-stats without telling me you have no idea about player-stats. I mean, you obviously haven't payed attention to these kind of things before and everyone that has can clearly see it. Sorry to tell you, but these kind of numbers are in line with what to expect of this kind of game.
The fact that "dead" Fortnite
I start to see a pattern here. You don't play fortnight anymore, so it's dead. You didn't buy HL, so nobody did.
Maybe the PC Master Race were cucked enough to buy it, while console players actually looked at the merit of the title rather than "oh, buy it to own the trannies
You bought Atomic heart to own Ukraine, so everyone that bought HL, bought it to own the trannies
Also, if they make a sequel, it will sell horribly
It's not dead, it's just in a dead period. It's always like this just before the season ends. There's nothing to do, everyone's just waiting for the next major update.
Those sites are woefully inaccurate. Epic doesn't even publish player counts.
I can tell you from experience, 1-2 weeks from the end of the season, at least 30% of the lobby is AI. Happens every season since they introduced AI bots to fill lobbies back in Chapter 2.

Even then, if you look at how many people are playing on Steam, it is still around 141k. Which isnt exactly a tiny amount.

Not engaging in Enron tier fraud?
Imagine not having both a gaming PC and the console(s) of your choice. I'll bet you even think you're a "gamer".
Console life is the easy life, no modders, no upgrading until the next gen and no need to worry about viruses.

What percentage of this is bots? https://activeplayer.io/fortnite/
Not like it matters since HL is bots too, right?
