They arent particularly accurate (since they are shooting missiles that were designed against bombers, not fighters), but they have been accurate enough that it is suppressing the Ukrainian Air Force and keeping them from flying as many missions as they need to. And nothing they are flying is able to mount the sort of long-range missiles needed to reach out and touch them back (like the American AMRAAM or the combined Euro Meteor)
