Spain also passed new laws to expand sexual assault definitions "to protect women". However as every little thing is now "sexual assault" they also had to lower sentences. Which resulted in hordes of convicted sex offenders to be released early under the new laws as lower sentences of new laws are applied retroactively.

You can't fight against it. The companies that hire more women will do more poorly. They'll be more likely to go out of business.
