the "left" in israel are not really leftists especially when it comes to ethno nationalism. You will not see them protest against Israel's apartheid nor will you see them protest against Israel's national anthem which is basically the only anthem in the world that mentions race, calling israel a jewish nation.. But they are certainly leftists when they go to other countries
