This is one of my favorite GameCube games. It's good to see it treated so well.
I think they did this to A) help with the Metroid Prime 4 design and B) act as a stand in while waiting. I could be wrong since Nintendoes whatever it wants.
It looks like the upped contrast. not sure how I feel about that as there's a lot of places in the game that get very dark, and I like to at least be able to see things. I'll probably give it a go next time I get paid.

Looks pretty good, although we are talking a 21 year old game remastered to 8 year old hardware (Tegra X1 released Jan. 2015).
I'll be picking this up at some point..

Metroid Prime was the last Metroid game I played. Never finished it
i got to the final boss, but never beat it.
