I'd say it's higher than that if we include among women's rights advocates basically professional feminists and not the average woman on the street who says "like, I'm a feminist? Because I want to be paid equally and such as?"
Mostly they are just delusional. The people who are advocates knowingly try to benefit themselves (ironically as activists and not as women). The average woman is just brainwashed by propaganda.
