So true. I don’t doubt it. I remember when I was in the Air Force a friend of my told me the reason I have bad luck with women was because I’m the kind of guy parents want their daughters to date. I’m 42 and that still haunts me.
I've found it to be true. The better a person you actually are, the less most women care, regardless of what they say.
It's a weird paradox I'll never understand. Guess that's what we all get for trying to be decent human beings to each other.
In the context of a relationship, if a woman complains to you frequently, it's because she thinks it works. If she complains to other people, it's because she's whining. In other words, if you want her to complain more, react to it. If you want her to shut up, ignore it. She will find another way to modify your behavior!

I remember meeting my college GF's "dad". I realized three things very quickly. 1) He was her stepdad and he liked me. 2) We could have been brothers (hello daddy issues) and 3) the relationship wasn't going to be easy, because of the first two.
