How does a guy driving million dollar sports cars in Romania remain incognito?
Most stuff isn't recycled anyways.
I mean they aren't recyclable.
But the odds that any box you dump in your recycling bin gets recycled is low anyways.
If they do "mixed use," they're not recycling. You think somebody stands around sorting garbage? Nahh.
If you do some German-style waste disposal they may recycle that. Because it relies on the garbage-generator sorting through everything himself.
I don't think they have robots doing it either. I don't think they do it.
