Start at the first url, go to the bottom of the chart, and then scroll upwards until you find the last Ubisoft game you bought (piracy doesn't count). The person with the earliest release date wins! It's about participation, so get in on the fun no matter your result.
For me, It's Assassin's Creed III (November 20, 2012). It was the only game bundled with a PS3 that wasn't a soccer one. Never actually played it, lol. The first one was intriguing enough to justify itself, but AssCreed 2 disappointed me.
My last one was Heroes of Might and Magic V, which was 2006.
Getting kicked out of a LAN game by the always-on DRM because my internet connection dropped for a second soured me on ever owning a legit copy of any of their games again, and their virtue signaling in the last decade has fully guaranteed that I will never buy an ubisoft title ever again.
Far Cry 5 mostly because I liked the music of it(which I still find funny that there's a rumor about them being not happy people like the villains propaganda music), was in a deep sale and tbf wasn't as bad as the usual ubisoft shlock they bring out. I have not touched another Ubisoft game for years, no point really.
If it's full price I still vividly remember buying From Dust which came out 2011, was way too short for what it was.
I haven't bought Ubisoft in years.
HEY GUYS LET'S PLAY A GAME!

Far Cry: Blood Dragon
armored core for answer, 2008. but i didn't buy it in 2008.
Far cry 4 2014. Nothing since, not even it's dlc
Grandia (2000)
The disc was defective so I returned it, and the replacement disc was also somehow defective. I never got to complete the game.

Enchanted Arms August 29, 2006. And arguably that's more of a From Software than an Ubisoft game.
Could have sworn I've bought things more recently from them, but looking at it, no... Weird.
Mario Rabidds in 2017, but even that was the first in a long time. The one before that was Rayman 3 HD in 2012.
Anno 1404 (2009)
The Crew, December 4, 2014
I also have Trials Fusion and The Crew 2, but those were both gifts.
